Crossroads of America Council is energizing our shooting sports program for Boy Scouts. We are in the process of opening up a new range at Camp Kikathawenund in Anderson just north of Indianapolis. The range will be open to Scouts and the public. Our goal is to make the range suitable for .22 rifle and pistol. In addition we hope to open for shotgun and black powder rifle. We could use help with donations and certified volunteers. We have already received several grants and donations to allow us to open for rifle. With a little more help we can open for the other disciplines.

September 14-16th we will conduct training at Camp Ransburg in Bloomington. At this training you can become a certified NRA instructor in Rifle, Pistol, or Shotgun. Training starts Friday for the basic instructor course and concludes Sunday with the optional Range Safety Officer Course.
